So far I like the course, and I will keep you posted on how it goes.
I have also completed reading the book The Search by John Battelle. I found the book also covered the history of search and gave me some really interesting insight into Google, Yahoo and Microsoft. Now I used the audio version of the book at Audible.com.

It would be really great if you include my blog on your website.
Search Engine History is a blog that i have developed which describes the History of Search Engines which is not a detailed history but you can get a quick glance on all the top search engines like, lycos, infoseek, hotbot, yahoo, Google, msn etc. that dominated in the history. You can get an outline of Search Engine History and will be worth a reference.
